6. Most crucial organ greatly affected by an imbalance of water and electrolytes is the kidney. The recommended amount of water intake is necessary to prevent kidney damage.
7. It keeps the digestive tract working properly and prevents constipation and other health issues from dehydration.
The recommended quantity of drinking water for the human body?
There is no specific answer to this question as it varies from person to person according to their daily routine and health conditions. A recommended amount is 6 to 8 cups per day for an average healthy person. But there are various other conditions in which drinking water may exceed its required limit. For example, if a person is doing strenuous exercise or running in which water is excreted in the form of sweat, then he will have to combat the loss of water by drinking more. Moreover, if a person is on certain kinds of medications that are diuretics in nature and causes urination will also have to drink plenty of water, at least more than the above-mentioned recommended amount.
